RETURN POLICY
At Lania Boutique, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We've designed our return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing we're happy to assist you if, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Our return policy offers a generous window of 30 days. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent back to the warehouse the product was shipped from, which is usually located in China. Kindly contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to the given address. We cannot accept returns sent to us without prior approval.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
It’s important to check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us straight away. We’ll assess the issue and find a quick solution for you.
3. EXCHANGES
If you want to get your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you received and, once the return is accepted, placing a new order for the new item.
This is the fastest way to receive the right product.
4. 30-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN FOR EU CUSTOMERS
We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers, regardless of location.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked.
As mentioned, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Personalized or custom-made products — including items where you provided a name or other personal details for printing — cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
This is because these products are specially made just for you and cannot be resold.
Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.
